Port of Ventspils (ice-free port, one of the leading deep-water ports of the EU) is the closest location for servicing offshore wind farms located at eastern Baltic Sea. We provide ~100 ha territory by the sea for offshore wind farms construction, maintenance, and service and ~500 ha territory for industrial development projects: production of components necessary for the wind energy industry and the development of services.
