For your successful trade fair appearance, we make possible what is possible. Use our room booking tool to reserve your desired space at HUSUM WIND right here and now. FAQ rental management​

How can a meeting or conference room be booked?

Since HUSUM WIND 2023, bookings are processed via a booking platform. Simply select the room you wish to book. Then select the package that suits you. In the next step you can see which slots are still available and choose a suitable slot. Finally, enter your company details and you will receive an invoice for the booking.

Who may book a room or speaking slot during HUSUM WIND 2025?

Only exhibitors and partners can book rooms or presentation slots during HUSUM WIND 2025.

When should I make my booking?

It is best to book as early as possible. Individual rooms can only be booked until 31 May 2025 and additional items can only be booked until 31 May 2025, in some cases until the beginning of September. After this date, additional items can be booked on request.

What does my room rental include?

Our basic technical equipment depends on the room booked. All included services can be found in our information brochure as well as on the booking portal in the description of the rooms.

How long can I use the room?

The duration of use of the different rooms varies. The exact details of the lengths of the slots can be found both in our information brochure and on the booking portal. If you have already booked a room, you will find the time during which you can use the room in your booking confirmation. If you leave your room later, we charge € 100 plus VAT per 5 minutes or part thereof.

I have booked two slots in a row in the same room. Can I also use the room between my slots?

Yes, you are welcome to use the breaks for two following slots for yourself.

Where and how can I order catering?

You are welcome to book catering for your event through our catering partner B&B Messe & Event Catering GmbH & Co. KG Husum. The costs for this will be invoiced separately via our partner. The contact details of our catering partner are as follows:

What are the cancellation conditions?

Our cancellation policy as well as all other conditions for the use of the room can be found on our booking page before you complete your booking. We will also list the cancellation conditions for you below:

§ 9 Cancellation, Cancellation of Events

9.1 If the user does not hold an event at the agreed time for a reason for which Messe Husum & Congress (MHC) is not responsible, the user shall be obliged to pay a cancellation fee based on the contractually agreed fees. The same shall apply if the user withdraws from or extraordinarily terminates the contract without being entitled to an individually agreed or mandatory statutory right of termination or withdrawal. The cancellation fee in these cases shall be as follows:
• up to 24 weeks before the start of use 30 %,
• up to 16 months before the start of use 50 %,
• less than 16 weeks before commencement of use 100 %
of the agreed usage fees for the provision of rooms and spaces. Cancellation must be made in writing.

9.2 Expenses already incurred on the part of the MHC, including the costs of service providers already commissioned, shall be invoiced on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of proof.

9.3 If MHC has incurred higher damages, it shall be entitled to present the damages in the corresponding amount instead of the cancellation fee and to demand compensation from the user. The user shall be at liberty to prove that no damage or substantially less damage has been incurred or that the expense is lower than the flat-rate cancellation fee demanded. Can I add equipment to my room booking?

You can book selected items for the room via the booking portal. If you require equipment that is not listed, please leave a note during the booking process or contact us by email at vermietung@messehusum.com or by telephone on +49 4841 902-497
