FAQ rental management
Since this year, bookings are processed via the anny booking platform. Simply select the room you want to book. Then you select the package that applies to you. In the next step, you see which slots are still available to you and select the slot that suits you best. Finally, enter your company details and pay for your booking directly.
Until 31.05.2023 exhibitors receive an exclusive right to book meeting rooms, conference rooms and slots at trade forums at discounted rates. From 01.06.2023, non-exhibitors can also book rooms. Only bookings of forum slots and individual rooms are excluded for non-exhibitors.
It is best to book as early as possible. Individual rooms can only be booked until 31 May and additional items can only be booked until 31 May, in some cases until the beginning of September. After that, additional items can be booked on request.
Our basic technical equipment depends on the room booked. All included services can be found in our information brochure as well as on the booking portal under the characteristics of the rooms.
The duration of use of the different rooms varies. The exact details of the lengths of the slots can be found both in our information brochure and on the booking portal. If you have already booked a room, you will find the time during which you can use the room in your booking confirmation. If you leave your room later, we charge 100.00 Euro plus VAT per 5 minutes or part thereof.
Yes, you are welcome to use the breaks for two following slots for yourself.

Our cancellation policy as well as all other conditions for the use of the room can be found on our booking page before you complete your booking. We will also list the cancellation conditions for you below:
§ 9 Cancellation, Cancellation of Events
9.1 If the user does not hold an event at the agreed time for a reason for which Messe Husum & Congress (MHC) is not responsible, the user shall be obliged to pay a cancellation fee based on the contractually agreed fees. The same shall apply if the user withdraws from or extraordinarily terminates the contract without being entitled to an individually agreed or mandatory statutory right of termination or withdrawal. The cancellation fee in these cases shall be as follows:
• up to 24 weeks before the start of use 30 %,
• up to 16 months before the start of use 50 %,
• less than 16 weeks before commencement of use 100 %
of the agreed usage fees for the provision of rooms and spaces. Cancellation must be made in writing.
9.2 Expenses already incurred on the part of the MHC, including the costs of service providers already commissioned, shall be invoiced on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of proof.
