QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT THE HYGIENE GUIDE

For reasons of hygiene protection, one of the following forms of proof must be presented upon admission:

Tested
Officially recognised, negative Corona test result (PCR or rapid test), which must be no more than 24 hours old on arrival. We will provide testing facilities at the fairgrounds.

Vaccinated
Please bring your official vaccination certificate or vaccination card. Depending on the vaccine, one or two vaccinations are required for full protection. At least 14 days must have passed since the last required single vaccination to be considered fully vaccinated.

Recovered
Please bring your positive PCR test result that is at least 28 days old. If your positive test result was more than 6 months ago, you must also bring your official vaccination certificate.

Yes, there will probably be at least 1 test centre in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition grounds.

The routing in the exhibition halls and the connecting corridors is done in a one-way system to avoid opposing flows of people.

At present, a negative test result (not older than 24 hours) must be presented when entering the exhibition grounds. In order to relieve the admission situation and to avoid long waiting times on site, we recommend that the Corona test be carried out before arrival at the exhibition grounds. We will inform you of the test centres in the region in good time before the event. Persons who have been fully vaccinated and have recovered are exempt from the test obligation. The respective proof must be provided upon entry.

From 17 June, visitor tickets can be purchased via the online shop. We kindly point out that due to the pandemic, tickets for HUSUM Wind 2021 can only be purchased online. To avoid queues, admission will be staggered. This means that there will be bookable time slots and ticket allotments for the individual days of the fair. For reasons of hygiene protection, proof of vaccination, convalescence or testing must be presented at the entrance. Please check the arrival and departure regulations on our website before the event and have your ticket and proof of vaccination, convalescence or testing ready on site.

Due to the event stage plan of the Schleswig-Holstein state government, we currently assume that if the Covid19 situation continues to develop positively, there will be no limit on participants for the trade fair in September.

Visitors must purchase a ticket in advance via our ticket shop. The contact details of each visitor will be recorded. In each exhibition hall, visitors must re-register via QR code to enable traceable movement on the exhibition grounds. Only in this way can infection chains be meaningfully traced if necessary.
