How does the HUSUM WIND content platform work?
It offers you the opportunity to publish attractive text, audio and video contributions. These are automatically sent to interested visitors in a targeted manner. This allows you to attract more and the right visitors to your stand, making it easier for you to achieve your trade fair and marketing goals.

The hall plan as pdf will be available for you from May and the interactive hall plan from July.
Opening hours:
Tuesday - Thursday 10.00 - 18.00 hrs
Friday 10.00 - 16.00 hrs
During the trade fair, exhibitors and stand personnel can the exhibition centre from 8.00 a.m. and remain there until 7.00 p.m.
Set-up expected:
08 September - 14 September 2025 07.00 - 22.00 hrs
15 September 2025 07.00 - 15.00 hrs
Dismantling expected:
19 September 2025 16:30 - 22:00 hrs
20 September - 24 September 2025 07.00 - 22.00 hrs
If access is required outside the opening times or set-up and dismantling times specified for the respective trade fair year, this must be notified to MHC in good time and a separate access fee paid. Please contact the technical management in this regard.

It is important that deliveries are labelled with name and stand number. Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for delivered goods; accordingly, the delivery will not be countersigned. Packages that can be moved by hand may be delivered to the exhibitor service with the same address. Larger goods should be delivered directly to the stand by the forwarding agent.
Upon receipt of the application, the organiser is entitled to charge an initial advance invoice of 25% for the stand space and other costs already known. The remaining amount of the stand space rental plus other costs will be invoiced by the organiser no later than 4 months before the start of the trade fair. The ancillary costs will be invoiced after the trade fair.
Free WLAN is available to visitors at the exhibition ground. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee continuous connection quality. We recommend that exhibitors book a separate LAN connection including a router. This will be available soon in our online ordering system.

A provisional list of exhibitors will be available from 1 April!
HUSUM WIND is reserved exclusively for industry professionals. However, the WINDCareer will take place on Thursday and Friday as part of the trade fair. Other target groups are also very welcome on these days.
You are welcome to arrive via the street ‘Am Messeplatz’ and park in our car park at the Congress entrance. A number of disabled parking spaces are available there. Please inform the staff at the car park entrance that you require such a parking space.
You can use the Congress entrance as your entrance. In addition, the entire exhibition ground is barrier-free.
Free WLAN is available to visitors at the exhibition ground. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee continuous connection quality.
You will find an ATM in the nearby Famila supermarket. However, you can easily pay by card throughout the exhibition ground.
Please ask at the information counter in the main entrance whether anything has already been handed in. Afterwards, please contact the HUSUM WIND team!

There are two cloakrooms on the exhibition grounds. One cloakroom is located in the main entrance, the other in the Congress Centre.
Lockers are not available at HUSUM WIND.
