3. Purposes for which personal data are processed
The data requested as part of the rental process is required to make arrangements regarding the rental of premises and to issue invoices. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b) GDPR. Without this data we cannot conclude a contract with you. A rental is therefore not possible. To give our visitors an overview of what to expect at our event, we publish the name of the speaker and a photo of the speaker on our website for public formats. The publication of the photo and the name takes place within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in this context is to promote our event.

4. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
The recipient of the requested data is Messe Husum as the organiser of the trade fair.

5. Intentions to transfer the data to a third country or an international organisation
There is no onward transfer or processing outside the European Economic Area.

6. Duration of storage of personal data
We retain data relevant under tax law for up to 10 years in order to fulfil our legal obligations to provide evidence. All other data (unless required to comply with statutory or contractual retention periods or to defend legal claims) will be deleted by us as soon as you request us to delete it or it is no longer required by us for the aforementioned purposes.
