3. Purposes for which personal data are processed
The data requested as part of the rental process is required to make arrangements regarding the rental of premises and to issue invoices. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b) GDPR. Without this data we cannot conclude a contract with you. A rental is therefore not possible. To give our visitors an overview of what to expect at our event, we publish the name of the speaker and a photo of the speaker on our website for public formats. The publication of the photo and the name takes place within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in this context is to promote our event.

4. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
The recipient of the requested data is Messe Husum as the organiser of the trade fair.

5. Intentions to transfer the data to a third country or an international organisation
There is no onward transfer or processing outside the European Economic Area.

6. Duration of storage of personal data
We retain data relevant under tax law for up to 10 years in order to fulfil our legal obligations to provide evidence. All other data (unless required to comply with statutory or contractual retention periods or to defend legal claims) will be deleted by us as soon as you request us to delete it or it is no longer required by us for the aforementioned purposes.

7. Existing rights over the personal data concerned
We hereby inform you that you have the right to information. You can also exercise your right to restriction of processing and deletion at any time. The right to deletion may be suspended if we are legally obliged to store the data concerned (e.g. for accounting reasons) or if it is still required for an overriding legitimate interest (e.g. the rejection of legal claims). Furthermore, you can assert your rights to rectification, objection to processing and data portabilityIn the event of an objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, we reserve the right to examine your objection and your particular situation associated with it. We can only transfer your data directly to another company if this is technically possible and involves a proportionate effort.
